FL Laws and Rules Update 2023                         2 Hours - FL ‘Laws and Rules’, and NCCAOM ‘Core’


This course is current and up to date for Acupuncturists renewing their license in 2023 and 2024. It opens with all aspects of what is new since last renewal period, in Laws and Rules specific to acupuncture (FS 457 and FAC 64B1), and Laws covering all medical modalities (FS 456). It will then continue with the language and application of the Laws and Board Rules that pertain to safety, ethics, and cleanliness. Specific focus is given to recognizing special situations where referral and recommendations for added medical care is suggested and required. And when, why, how to communicate this to and with the patient.
